Special check-in instructions

The guest arrives and heads to your reception/front desk. The guest is identified and has their details checked. Front desk staff will give the guest an introduction to the hotel. The guest will take note of amenities and regulations etc and ask any questions.

The identification proofs accepted are Aadhar Card, Driving License, Voter ID Card, and Passport. Note that PAN card is not acceptable. Without an original copy of a valid ID, you will not be allowed to check-in.

    When you have completed the steps of the reservation process after showing the confirmation page, you will get the mail and Whatsapp message from the hotel with all the necessary information, such as the hotel contact number required during check-in.
  • Can i cancel my booking?
    Yes, you can usually cancel your booking, but whether you will receive a full refund or incur a cancellation fee depends entirely on the hotel's cancellation policy, which you should review before booking typically, you can cancel without penalty if you notify the hotel far enough in advance of your check-in date.
  • How can I cancel or change my booking?
    You can cancel your reservation or send us a request for a modification by clicking on the link at the bottom of your confirmation email.
